Less than 1 month after buying a Canon Pixma MG6820 a message came up on the printer's screen that said that a firmware update was available. After instsalling the update (to firmware version 2.0) the printer would printo photos using ONLY (see the photo at the end of this post) yellow and black. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling only the printer - Uninstalling and reinstalling just the software - uninstalling and reinstalling the printer AND the software at the same time - and changing from a Wi-Fi installation to a USB installation. Nothing I have tried has worked, and somewhere along the line the printer has quit printing photos altogether, and will print documents with only black, no other colors at all.
Does anyone know how to return my Pixma MG6820 to it's factory defaults? I read somewhere on Canon's site that it could be reset to the factory defaults, but could not find anywhere as to how to go about it.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
