Canon Pixma MG322 print heads will not align

My daughter has a Canon Pixma MG322 print that had a paper jam.  The paper was "ripped" out of the printer and ever since then we cannot get the print heads to align.  I've attached a scan of the resulting print head aling printout.  If anyone can shed any light on what to do about this problem please reply.  Any help will be very much appreciated.
