Was wondering if anyone could answer my question about the pixma print plans. I just enrolled in the 3.99 one because I don't print that much. My question is, I order for my Canon account to read my ink levels do I need to keep my printer powered on all the time for can I shut it off when I'm not using? And if I can shut it off will my Canon account update the ink level every time I turn it on?

Greetings,
While your printer doesn't have to be on full time, it does need to poll regularly to ensure a reliable ink delivery schedule. Delivery might become sporadic if the printer doesn't communicate regularly. Meaning you might get ink sooner or later than expected. Hope that helps.
