Hello! I’ve had my printer for a couple years and everything has worked great. I recently printed something, went fine. I tried to print again and wouldn’t print at all. I’ve removed the device from my laptop, reinstalled in, restarted my computer, restarted WiFi. And it’s still not connecting my printer to my laptop. Even with WiFi or the usb cord. Now when it did work, and I went to print something it kept saying “spooling”. And never printing just sitting in the queue.
can someone please help me figure this out?

Sounds like you need to reset the Windows Print spooler;

I tried that earlier and then again just now and it still doesn’t work.

Make sure you connected your printer USB cable to the original port on your pc when you installed it or it will not find it. USBs are not all that "universal".

It worked via WiFi before I bought the USB. It won’t connect via WiFi anymore. That’s why I bought the USB. I can do a test print. But if I try to print anything else, it just “spooling”.

I’ve deep cleaned it, stopped and restarted the printer spoiler, done the roller cleaning, print head alignment, nozzle check. I can do test prints fine. But when I try to print literally anything else it just does “spooling”. Also, still unable to connect via WiFi(Bluetooth) which was set up that way before.
