  • I originally had an issue to windows update and found this answer in pics. Then It came up error again and asked me to ENABLE BIO-DIRECTION ON PORT. NOW IT'S STILL NOT PRINTING. This all happened probably due to MS update. I have Windows 11 and Canon printer TS9521Ccanon 2.jpgcanon1.jpg

Greetings,

I'm not following.  The subject of the thread says TR4720.

The message body says TS9521c.

Which device are we troubleshooting here?

Please start from the beginning.

Identify your product model?

Running Windows 11. (Got it)

New install, old install. Did the printer ever work?

What are the steps you performing?

Any additional information you can provide that will help us better understand your challenge or issue would be appreciated.

Well I guess screwed up 1st thing. I didn't realize I started in a thread..1st time doing this.

This is in refer to Canon printer TS9521c.

It's an old install from 2023 and has been working fine until MS did their update on my Surface.

I Gogged the 1st problem when I got the error message which gave me the instructions above in pics, since someone else had the same problem. After following these instruction I ended up with another error message to " ENABLE BIO-DIRECTION ON PORT" in settings which I changed.

Now it just says  "Printer not responding".
