My PIXMA 9521C decided to stop printing half way through a print run and shut down unexpectedly. It now powers on, but shuts down after about 4 seconds.
Symptoms - I can power it on with the control panel down and it stays powered on, but continues to ask me to open the control panel lid. There’s No way off that screen unless I open the panel up. once opened it shuts down.
If I power on the printer with the control panel up, it makes one gearing like sound and then shuts off.
any help would be appreciated!
