PIXMA TS9520 ADF not feeding properly

I have a PIXMA TS9520 and am having issues with the ADF. It started feeding crooked a long time ago, pulling the right side of the document in quicker than the left. I found that I could at least partially overcome this by bending the top left corner of the document slightly up before loading it. But now I'm starting to have issues with documents feeding a few inches in and then stopping. I think the quality/thickness/texture of the paper affects the behavior some, but I've had to reload several documents of a paper type that I've not had a problem with before. I've tried the standard cleaning of using a clean lint free clothe to wipe it out, but I feel like I need to be doing something to the rollers in particular. Maybe clean with alcohol or something?

Hi,

I would recommend cleaning the rollers with a slightly damp lint free cloth. If that does not resolve the issue, the printer will require service.

Ithe printer is in its 1-year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

If the printer is out of warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.

You can take advantage of this offer by calling the Canon Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Mon-Sat, 9 AM to 9pm EST excluding holidays.
