PIXMA TS9120 won't print color after getting new Windows 11 laptop

New ink tanks installed and heads cleaned, test page only prints in black and white.  Has worked perfectly in the past.  Only quit working properly when I purchased a new laptop with Windows 11.  Please help.

Thank you so much for leading me through this process.  I was hoping for an easy solution but agree that it's time for me to buy a new printer.  Hopefully I can find a more reliable one than a Canon.

Have you tried installing the software as if it were a new printer to make sure you have the current Canon software and drivers?

Get it from here: https://ij.start.canon/TS9120

Yes, and to be sure just installed it again from your app.  Test page comes out same as before with only black and white, no color.  Printer sounds like it is working perfectly.

Hi llmatt123,

If printing from your PIXMA TS9120 does not appear correctly, please follow all of the steps provided on this page from the manual:

TS9120 > Maintenance > If Printing Is Faint or Uneven > Maintenance Procedure

If the colors still do not appear on the Nozzle check after performing all of the steps provide on that page, it would appear that your PIXMA TS9120 would require service.

If your PIXMA TS9120 was purchased less than a year ago, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat to obtain your in warranty options. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

https://mycanon.usa.canon.com

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TS9120 and then click on the Product Support button.  When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.

If your PIXMA TS9120 is out of warranty, you are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.

If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.

Went through all the procedures listed and printer still didn't print in color.  So I used the Canon Upgrade Program and ordered a replacement for a 10% discount.

Thanks for all the help.
