New ink tanks installed and heads cleaned, test page only prints in black and white. Has worked perfectly in the past. Only quit working properly when I purchased a new laptop with Windows 11. Please help.
Went through all the procedures listed and printer still didn't print in color. So I used the Canon Upgrade Program and ordered a replacement for a 10% discount.Thanks for all the help.
Yes, and to be sure just installed it again from your app. Test page comes out same as before with only black and white, no color. Printer sounds like it is working perfectly.
Thank you so much for leading me through this process. I was hoping for an easy solution but agree that it's time for me to buy a new printer. Hopefully I can find a more reliable one than a Canon.
