PIXMA TS9020 Cyan will not print despite all efforts

PIXMA TS9020 cyan will not print.

I have cleaned x6, deep cleaned x4, pulled out the entire ink head housing, cleaned and dried it. I’ve replaced the cyan with different new cartridges.. I have run updates to the printer, auto head alignment, cleaned the rollers and bottom plate, the whole 9 yards and I can not get cyan to dispense onto paper! At this point I’m wasting all the ink of the colors that do work from running tests repeatedly.
What else can I try ??

Since the cleanings do not resolve the issue, the printer will require service. 

 Ithe printer is in its 1-year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

I have found multiple posts on multiple forums and tech sites from owners of the TS9020 having the exact same problem, with the printer not printing cyan. Unfortunately  I could not find a single fix for this problem. Nothing worked not any of the methods you tried or a cartridge ink flush. Sorry.
