When I try to print photos from the Family Tree App (genealogy app), they print very pink. Do I need to change a setting in the Cannon Printer-TS9000 series? I have never had this problem before.

Thanks for joining the conversation, Mbalkus!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof) and which specific printer model you're using within the PIXMA TS9000 series. The model number should appear on the lower right portion of the printer's control panel. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!

Greetings,
This is just a guess given the limited information. If these prints resemble the image below, it sounds like it might be Double Color Management.
