Hello,
Im trying to connect my MG2522 to scan photos onto my computer. When I download the app "IJ Scan Utility", it only shows as MG2500 series and not the actual model. The app home screen shows the following, "apps (cloud, getting the most out of your printer), Manual, or support. I do not see any option to scan or any information regarding my printer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software multiple of times but given the same results each time.
Side note: In PC settings, computer is reading the printer correctly as MG2522
Can you please help me?
