PIXMA TS8820 Return address cut off when printing envelopes

benmettler

Just got a TS8820 for my small home office to replace an old HP beast and am loving it so far. One issue I am running into is in printing envelopes. I have them loaded into the rear tray and have the paper size set for said tray to a #10 envelope. I've tried printing from 3 different applications (on my Mac), and all 3 have the same issue where they print the address fine, an crop about the left 1/4 to 1/3rd of my return address off. Am I missing something or is there some known issue here? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
