If its not a hardware issue, the problem is likely with your network, the device you are printing from or the document type.
You haven't told us what the printer is connected to? USB, ethernet, or wireless.
Your operating system, version and build?
Does the issue happen with one type of document or all documents?
Printing from one application or all applications?
