The PIXMA TS6420a does not have a "Print" mode that can be set. When you attempt to print something, the TS6420a will print that item regardless of what mode the printer is currently in.

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TS6420a and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
