PIXMA TS6420a Prints from Word but Not Gmail or Photos

My brand new printer will print from ms word but not from gmail or any photos. Ideas?

So we can best assist you, please let us know what version of Windows or Mac you are using? Did you install the printer drivers/software on just added the printer directly on your computer?
