We recently bought a Pixma TS6420a printer. It prints fine from my PC but seems to print very faintly via the Canon iOS app, but only on certain devices. (It prints fine from my iPad, faintly from my iPhone and faintly from my wife’s phone and iPad.)
the settings are the same on all devices. Clearly the printer works fine but results look like crap from a couple of our devices. I can’t seem to figure out what is up. Anyone have any ideas?
