PIXMA TS6420 Registering as the wrong color

Rogyl2009

Hello, my PIXMA TS6420 printer was registered with a different color than its actual color. It's a black printer, but I mistakenly registered it as white, even though the serial number is correct. Could you please help me resolve this issue? I'm unable to reactivate my subscription. Thank you in advance!

The color should not matter, as long as the serial number is correct.

Derrick is correct.  Doesn't matter.

If it bothers you that much, you can delete, and re-register it.  If you have a CarePak on it, then you would have to call Canon Support...   and I'm not sure if that would be worth your time.  Huge amount of work for them and you.

The color does not matter.   😉

Hello! Try this: Go to https://canon.us/subscriptions It will take you to log into your Canon Account, then drop you into the My Subscriptions Page. In the PIXMA Print Plan column (on the right), tap

Once you are on the My Printers page, look for your enrolled device. If the color information is incorrect or the printer is missing, you can use the REGISTER PRINTER button to re-sync your device to the plan.

Hi Derrick, unfortunately it’s matter because I cannot re-activate my Print Plan. A message said that the serial number has been registered for another Printer.

Hello, I have already tried this, and I can’t re-active my Print Plan. A message said that the serial number has been registered for another device. I do not know either how to cancel the white printer which appears in my subscription.

Hi Stephen, I was followed up with theses steps. The white printer was shown as the one that was registered with the Serial number. I tried to register the Serial number as a new Printer, a message said that it had been already registered.
