PIXMA TS6420 - Cannot register printer

I am trying to register a TS6420 printer I bought in July of 2024 because I am having issues with it and am looking for help on the canon site.  Cannot get help without registering but I get a message that says my serial number is not intended for sale in the US and cannot be registered.  Bought it at Target.  Please help!

Can you provide the serial number please? And did you buy this on their website or from their store directly?

That's definitely a US printer; can you please give our sales team a call? They'll get you to someone who can help with that registration or put in a ticket to fix it. 1-800-385-2155, select the option to place an order to get through to a representative.

ACTUALLY! I figured it out, you actually have the PIXMA TS6420A, if you select that printer and try again it should work!
