Good morning. I have a Canon TS6220 (love it). We had a power outage but I have the printer plugged into a surge protector. When I turn the printer on, it does not have an error code. It only has 'CANON'. It won't even shut off. I have to unplug it. What happened and how can I fix it? Is there a reset button?

Hello,
Any resolution to this problem, I have just got a printer from someone (sold to me!) and as soon as I plug it in I see Canon logo and that is it. please help if any one know how to fix it. And yeah I think this guy sold it cheap and did not tell me that it has this problem or maybe did not know himself.
