PIXMA TS5351 only printing in black and blue

Hi. Just installed new printer - Pixma TS5351 - and it's only printing in black and blue? Help please.

1. have you run a nozzle check to be sure all inks are properly installed?

I don't know what the problem was but the solution was classic; switched it off and on again- works fine now 🙂
