All of a sudden my TS5350i is reporting error 1651 "The printer is still unable to communicate properly".
I have a print cartidge subscription (30 pages per month) - all paid up, and i rarely use the printer.
It is able to communicate (i told it to update the firmware and it did so, i can also check its status using my phone).
I've reconnected it to the wifi twice with no problem - with the printer confirming it connected successfully.
Please help me to resolve this
Thanks
Mark
