Hi,
I own a canon pixma ts3400 series #https://www.canon-europe.com/printers/pixma-ts3440/printer and yesterday I was refilling my ink cartridges. After filling them, I placed them back in my printer to do a print test and that's when I realised a colour(magenta/red) was not leaving the cartridges, so then i did a colour calibration test, but same colour(magenta/red) did not leave which made black change colours to green. What should I do?
