PIXMA TS5320 not turning on

Deleesh
Apprentice

It should be as simple as pressing the power button, but it's not working. I've tried multiple power sources. If I switch it to a new one, it turns on for just a moment, then goes off. I've unplugged the cord and plugged it back in. Ensured it was the right cord. I don't know what else to try. Please help!

  1. Make sure power plug is securely connected to printer, and then turn on again.

  2. Check2 Unplug printer, leave it unplugged for at least 2 minutes, and then plug it back in and turn on again.

If this does not solve the problem, contact your nearest Canon service center to request a repair. This is from Canon Tech Support.
