PIXMA TS3722 Printouts are completely blank

I have been trying for weeks to make it home in time for support. Printer is at home.. im at work. So i can't call at lunch. Anyone know of someone after hours or even an email that I can get support in? These hours are too hard - im either getting ready for work, or at work

I'm afraid no one can help with your availability during business hours.  We can offer you help here. This is a user-to-user form. 

You'll need to tell us the model of your Canon product.  The version and build of the operating you are using it with.  How it is connected and to what.  Now describe your issue or challenge.  Have you performed any troubleshooting steps, Have you received any error messages?  Please share as much information as you can.  This will help us understand the problem or issue you are facing.

so I have a pixma TS3722

i bought October last year. Worked great.  Printed what I needed to. Went on holiday for a couple weeks. And worked fine. Then about three weeks ago whenever I print it just prints blank sheets.  I did replace the black around November from the starter ink. And I replaced the colour just a few weeks ago. I printed again after replacing the colour and it’s printing the side bar which is gray ish.  But no words or anything gets printed.  Help 😕

the other person on this forum had a reply that it’s a hardware issue and to contact them.  But obviously I haven’t yet been able to

1. print a nozzle check: Printing and Examining the Nozzle Check Pattern - TS3720

2. if it doesn't print correctly try cleaning and if necessary deep cleaning.

3. let us know the results.
