I set it up, it printed the test page. Now it will not print black. I literally have never used it. Been 1 week. I waited weeks to received the thing and need it for school. I removed the toner and put it back in. Does anyone have a suggeston before I return this thing?
And what really ticks me off is I cannot call support when I am actually at home due to their limited hours of operation. As if people do not have actual JOBS during the week.

It printed black once? Bypass what device you are using and print directly from the printer. Let is know or better yet if you can, show us what it prints.
To check the print head condition on your PIXMA TS3720, follow these simple steps:
Access Setup Menu
Select Print Option
Print Nozzle Check Pattern
The printer will start printing the nozzle check pattern, which helps you assess the condition of the print head.
