PIXMA TS6320 - Error 2114

Printer error 2114 won't allowing printing from computer. Error says "the following paper is not loaded in the rear tray, Letter. I do not know what this means. There is paper loaded.

For me, on my TS 6420, the 2114 error code was resolved by searching the printer's menus to tell it exactly what paper was loaded. In my case, that was the 4"x6" Plus Glossy II setting, for 4"x6" photo paper. I would have thought the printer would auto-detect the size, but that's not the case. To get to this menu, click the OK button for

1. Menu
2. Copy Settings
3. Click down arrow to select the paper type menu
4. Select Rear Tray
5. Next
6. Supported Paper
7. Remove any paper from the rear tray.
8. Load desired paper in rear tray. Adjust guides. Close the feed slot cover.
9. A new menu appears on the screen. Select Change.
10. Select: 4x6, hit OK; Select Plus Glossy II, hit OK.
11. Hit the return button.

You're ready to print.
