I am getting an error when I try to sign up for the ink subscription . I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that did not work. Anyone have any luck fixing this issue?

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA TS3500 series. The model number appears on the top of the printer just above the power button. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
