Hi. I have a canon TS3500 wireless printer. I have had no issues printing off my phone, computer laptop, nothing. It’s been great. Well, recently I changed the ink (this wouldn’t be the first time I’ve changed the ink so I know I didn’t mess it up while doing that) but afterwards, I tried to print something and it is saying on my laptop offline. I have reset my printer, and my laptop and my iPad and it still won’t work. The printer is showing connection but it still won’t print.

Welcome to the forum!
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know the exact printer model number in the TS3500 series. Which version of Windows or macOS are you using? Do you connect to your printer using a USB cable or Wi-Fi? What is the exact error message? Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue.
