I recently bought Pixma TS3300. A vertical line appears whenever i scan a document. I cleaned the glass part with microfiber cloth but the line is still present. Please advise.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using from the PIXMA TS3300 series. The model number appears on the top of the printer above the control panel. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
