PIXMA TS3350 Don't know how to use it

I have the above printer/scanner but I cannot operate it, why? I've installed everything but do not know how to scan, print or in fact do anything with it. The instruction manual is next to useless, only telling you how to set up. I've important medical notes to scan and then forward on.

Does the printer appear in your operating system's printer list?

In an application, when you go to Print, does the printer appear as a choice?

Without some information about your computer operating system, not much can be offered.

The printers manual includes a great deal more than setup information. It's comprehensive and is searchable using common terms.  It covers printing, scanning, custom functions, supported paper types, specifications, troubleshooting and more.
