Hi,
I was finally able to download printer Pixma TS3322 to my laptop but now it says Printer status : ERROR. How do I fix this problem? The printer is working perfectly well with my desktop computer.

Hi,
Operating system is Windows 11. Everything was working fine with the old printer TS3320. The new one is TS3322. First I could not even download the printer. I had removed the old printer from the laptop. After many tries I got the printer downloaded again. As a mater of fact I have two of them downloaded but they both say Status: Error. I want to connect the printer via WiFi to the laptop. The printer is in WiFi Mode.
The printer is working perfectly fine with my desktop Windows 7 connected via USB. I bought a long USB cord to try to connect the printer to the laptop via USB but have not tried that yet.
Originally when I got the laptop it took me a few tries and help from this community to connect the laptop to the printer via WIFI but I got it to work. I have used the same links from that help from 2022 but nothing worked this time. I used the Wireless Connection Assistant several times with not positive results
I hope you can help me solve this problem.
Thank you,
Amy

Thank you Patrick.
I would try to do that when I have the time. I think it has to do with the communication between the laptop and the printer. The printer is working perfectly well with my desktop.
Thank you again,
Amy
