I have a PIXMA TS3722 which I recently registered it in an ink plan, it gave me 100 free pages for registered in an ink plan. But I still hadn't received my ink (I was using the ink that came with the printer) when I made some prints(17 pages) and the count of the 100 free pages started to decrease as if I had already received the ink. After that when I "completed and printed more(11 more)" according to the website of my 100 free pages, it charged me for the plan that I had set of $3.99 but I decided to change it to the 200 page plan (and forget that 17 of 100 pages had not been given to me free). Now checking it says that from my new 200 pages plan I have already consumed 111 pages. That is to say the system is not recognizing that 100 pages are the free ones that they gave me when I signed up for the plan.
Help please
