PIXMA TS3322 E05 message after ink cartridge replacement

I need help with a TS3322 printer, it used to work but I bought a cartridge recently, I put it in but it says E05 and I don't know the reason. Could you help me?

Hi ildeeeeee6,

The E 0 5 error is an indication that your PIXMA TS3322 does not recognize one or both of the ink cartridges installed.

Please open the cover to your PIXMA TS3322 and remove both ink cartridges.

Please make sure that the orange tape has been removed from the bottom.

Next, please verify that you are using ink cartridges that are compatible with your PIXMA TS3322.

Your PIXMA TS3322 is compatible with the following ink cartridges:

PG-243
CL-244
PG-245
CL-246
PG-245XL
CL-246XL
