I purchased my TS302 this year, 2023 and the printer worked just fine. I probably printed approximately 3 pages. Then suddenly the paper jam warning appeared and my printer has not worked since. There is no paper in the printer and the printer rollers will not feed any paper. The roller makes a terrible noise like it is trying to grab the paper but never does, then paper jam light reappears. I need help from anyone that can help me fix this aggravating issue.

Since the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
