I just had printed out something from a works document on my TR8620a printer, then went to print something off a website. I had selected some data and set it to print. Then the printer decided it would not work. Out of nowhere it will not work. I am getting the "collecting printer status" and now "printer not responding" on my printer properties menu. I have changed nothing since printing the single works file.
What could have caused this? I also had noticed my Norton antivirus signed me out so I had to log back in. Had another message before that I did not pay attention to. Could Norton be blocking me from printing?

Try printing an older file not one from the internet.

Yeah I ended up removing the printer and adding it again the hard way. Somehow, someway things are working again after messing with it. Not even sure why it got messed up in first place. But now will print off websites and regular files.

Sometimes is just techy magic that gets things working again.
