PIXMA TR8620a on windows 10 - Prints Random Blank Pages

I have updated drivers, ran tests etc.. printer still just shoots the pages through blank.. Sometimes it will print a logo, or a small detail, but if the content is black and white, just blank pages. so frustrating.  came to cannon after a terrible HP printer experience, not back to the drawing board..

I have similar setup and have not experienced that. What software are you printing from? Wi-Fi or cable connection? (Mine is Wi-Fi)
