PIXMA TR8620 won't print from cassette

My printer keeps trying to print from the rear slot.  Also, when printing from the rear slot it only prints 4x6.  I have changed the feed settings on the printer, it says it changed to letter, but when I print it still says I need 4x6. 

I even tried resetting all the printer settings and I still have the problem. I would love to be able to print from the cassette slot.

Hi Mazz35,

Please try these steps:

1.  Turn your PIXMA TR8620 on.

2.  Tap the gear icon at the bottom of your printer's display.  

3.  Tap Feed settings.

4.  Tap Detect paper setting mismatch.

5.  Tap Disable.

Are you getting a 2113 or 2114 error?
