PIXMA TR8620 Paper not feeding correctly after thin foam piece came out

print jammed. in removing it a thin foam piece jammed up under the rollers. i removed the foam, now the prints are not feeding correctly and have a perforation running length wise on the right of the paper.

paper jamb 'ed, and a foam strip cam out in pcs. now the printed paper sheet has a perforated line to the right side of the print

The paper jam was cleared. The issue is the foam strip that came out with it. I dont know where this came from and how to replace it. The prints are not ejecting from the printer correctly and have a perforation in them.
