My printer's touchscreen stopped working but printer was working fine until my router settings changed and I had to reset the router and its password. Now I am not able to connect my printer to the wifi as the touch screen is not working. Is there a way to make this work(connect to wifi) via desktop software connected via the cable to a laptop?

Hi sanjayrama66,
You can use the IJ Network Device Setup Utility to change the settings on your TR8520 using a USB cable.
Once in the utility, connect the USB cable. In the utility, click View and then Switch View to select USB.
Then you can follow the steps in the manual here:
IJ Network Device Setup Utility (Windows) > Performing/Changing Wireless LAN Settings

My Pixma TR8520 has given me a support code 1303 and I have complied with the instructions and removed the paper causing the paper jam but continue to get the same support code and can't use the printer or get past this code.
