PIXMA TR7020a prints double

Hello, I have a relatively new Canon TR7020A. 

Essentially it prints double.  I have tested all the columns, and cleaned, deep cleaned, aligned, researched. I understand column D is bad and won't align.

I haven't been able to use the printer in months, in fact it's barely been used at all.  How does one fix a bad column?
