PIXMA TR7020a Printing at 50% in the middle of the page

I just bought a new TR7020a printer and it is printing about 50% in the middle of the page rather than the whole sheet of paper. Any ideas how to fix that?

Hi,

What version of Windows or MacOS are you running? Also, as a test, try making a copy directly from the printer. Does the same issue happen?
