Greetings ,

Thanks for telling us the model of your Canon printer.  We also need to know the operating system version and build you are using it with?

In addition, we need to know what it is connected to, and how?

If you installed drivers or utilities, it would be helpful If you could let us know which ones you installed?

Lastly, If you have received any error messages, please let us know what they are?

If you look at the top, it's a PIXMA TR4722 PRINTER.

I downloaded these drivers as shown in the picture. The scanner doesn't show up.

Greetings,

It looks like you have one or more failed instances of the printer installed.  This is why (Copy1) appears on the list of installed devices.

Here's what I suggest.  Turn the printer off.  If it's connected via USB, unplug it.

Now remove all instances of printer in the printers and scanners applet.

important restart your computer.  Visit the link below and download the driver package I referenced.

Print Driver and Scan Utility Installer Ver.1.04 (Windows)

It's at the very bottom of the list, press Load More.

If you install this driver, the printer will print and scan. You do not need the master setup.

You have multiple options for connection. Pick one.  i would recommend wireless as this will allow any device connecting to your network to use the printer.  Otherwise you may use USB.  If you were going to connect wirelessly, use the printer's LCD select wireless setup, search for the name of your network, enter the password and connect the printer.

If you're going to use USB, do not power on or connect the printer until prompted to do so.

Now run the installer.  Follow the prompts to install.  If you are using USB, power on and connect the printer when prompted.
