Printer TR 4722 i cannot get out of the language selection screen

Hi Donna4,

When you first turn the TR4722 on, this appears:

When you press the OK button to accept English, the question "Set to English?" appears.

Currently Cancel is selected.  Use the left arrow to select Yes so that it appears like the image here:

Press the OK button once you have Yes selected and you will be able to continue with the rest of setup.

I’m having the same exact issue and when I hit OK all it does is take me back to the select English screen? I’ve already tried a hard reset and every step possible to get it off the screen, but it will only stay on the English screen! even if I tap OK, it takes me directly back to the English select screen???

This is not helpful because it still stays stuck on the same screen???
