Hello. We purchased a Pixma 4722 last September. It worked okay for a while, but about Christmastime it started doublestriking and misaligning horizontally, plus the next sheet of paper would be started and would jam.. I tried to get help but with the holidays and followed by a large diy remodeling project in our home, I didn't follow up with our printer problems. My fault. I have been working on trying to get the printer functional again, but so far I get the same results. Has anyone else experienced this, and how was the problem solved? God bless!
