PIXMA TR4722 reports paper jam after removing jammed paper

Canon Pixma TR4722 Serial KPPJ[xxxxx]

Please help. I had a paper jam,removed the paper, and now my printer will not print as it's saying there is a paper jam.

I've tried unplugging it and trying it again without success. I've taken it apart. There is no paper jammed whatsoever.

I'm baffled. It's only a year old and I cannot afford another.

Any suggestions are much appropriate:) thanks so much.
