Is my Canon MP 280 PIXMA drivers compatible? Thanks!

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MP280 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!

The printer itself He's 15 years old.  Peripherals are not intended to work forever.  Since this model is no longer under active support, a future OS upgrade might limit its function and capabilities.   It might be wise to upgrade to a newer model with more modern printing technology as @Danny suggests.
