I am currently using PIXMA TR4720 Wireless-all-in-one printer. I have an active printing plan. But have ran out of black ink. And I cannot an order has not be placed for black ink anytime from last one month. I am not able to see my registered printer in my online account too. Please help how to fix this issue

Please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:
https://mycanon.usa.canon.com
Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TR4720 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can assist you with your subsciption and with resolving the ink issue you are experiencing with your PIXMA TR4720.
