I use a PIXMA MG3620. I’ve never had to change the color cartridge as i’ve only ever printed with color one time. It’s now saying it’s empty, after saying low for a while. I’ve only ever used it once so it’s definitely not low or empty. I could handle the low notification but now i can’t print at all with it saying it’s out of color ink.

But why do i need to replace the ink cart if it’s not empty? it can’t be, i barely touched it. Isn’t that a waste of money?
