Greetings,

The tr4700 identifies a printer series, not a model.  Can you look at your device and tell us the actual model number please.

What does it mean you change the link?  Is that the connection method.  How is the printer connected and to what?

We will await your reply.

Thank you. I see now your model number has been provided and your post corrected.  Link was actually ink 😉

Ink changes do not affect connectivity.  The two are unrelated.  Is the printer displaying any error messages.

We still need to know how the printer is connected and to what? 😉

hello ~ I am not sure if this is the correct model number meaning (it does not say model on the sticker anywhere)

CIJFA10AK10546

or it says Multifunction Printer K10546

Sorry I am not very tech smart at all.

Thanks

Thanks for joining the conversation, kjhatfield81!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA TR4700 series.  The model number should be located on the front of the printer at the upper right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

I suspect your printer is a TR4722 and possibly running the setup again should get it back online.

https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/WebGS/WGS2/wgs_start.html?lng=en&type=setup&area=us&mdl=TR4722&...

The k10546 references a PIXMA TR4720, TR4722, or TR4723.  I think DerrickL's hunch is correct.

Before re-running the installation utility delete the existing printer from your system and restart so that it doesn't create a duplicate instance of the printer.
